Body Energy Club has made every effort to protect all sensitive, private and confidential customer information under our control from loss, misuse or alteration. This includes external firewall technology, staff access security passwords, customer passwords, and redundant accounting and audit. - Sales Tax
British Columbia Orders - All applicable Federal (GST) and Provincial Taxes are charged on goods sold and shipped to British Columbia customers.
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Newfoundland Orders - An 8% Harmonized Provincial Sales Tax (HST) is combined with Federal (GST) on all GST applicable charges (including Shipping Costs).
Rest of Canada Orders - Federal (GST) tax is applied to all products sold and shipped to customers outside of British Columbia, but located in a Canadian Province or Territory outside of British Columbia.
United States and International Orders - Orders placed and shipped outside of Canada are exempt from Canadian and Provincial sales tax. Body Energy Club is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped outside of Canada.

- Back Orders
In the event that any items ordered are not available at the time your order is shipped, you will be contacted by phone and or email to determine whether to:
1- Hold your order until backorders are filled.
2- Ship your partial order immediately and cancel backorder.
3- Ship your partial order and fill your backorder when stock is available. Shipping fees on the back order will be waived.
4- You want us suggest a similar product in a different brand that is in stock.

- Return Policy
Body Energy Club will be happy to issue you a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee in the form of an in store credit within 30 days on all unopened products. We must be notified of all returns prior to their return shipment.
If you would like to return an item please ship it to our national warehouse. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. Promotional items (T-shirts, Shaker Cups, etc.), may be kept in lieu of any inconvenience you may have incurred.
All International sales are final.

- Shipping Methods
Canadian Orders
All orders should arrive within 2-6 business days anywhere in Canada. We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada over $50.00 Canadian before tax. All orders under $50.00 will be subject to shipping fees. Once your order is picked up from our store by Canada Post, you will be e-mailed your tracking number. All orders within Canada can be tracked at Canadapost.ca. Orders made before 3:00 pm PST will be sent that day. Orders made after 3:00 pm PST or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

- International Order
All International order does not qualify for the free shipping option at this time. Once you place an international order we will shop around and find the least expensive courier and we will inform you on the rate before processing your order. This process will be completed with 12 hours.
Body Energy Club is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped outside of Canada. Your must also check with the appropriate authorities from you country to ensure that that products are allowed in your country as we will not be responsible for any loses due to customs.
All International sales are final.

- Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unfortunate event that any of your products arrive damaged, or if there has been an error in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours and we will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter.
